This policy explains the cancellation, return, and right of withdrawal processes for purchases made through www.laselgroup.com, within the framework of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers ("Consumer Protection Law") and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
1. Right of Withdrawal Period
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) business days from the delivery of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
2. Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
- The product to be returned must be unused, and must be complete with its invoice/receipt and, if applicable, its box, packaging, and standard accessories.
- The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, pursuant to Article 15/1-ı of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for products whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons and whose hygiene seal/protective packaging has been opened (e.g., textile products such as pillows and duvet covers). Such products are separately indicated on the relevant product page.
- There is no right of withdrawal for products that are custom-made or modified according to personal request.
3. Defective/Faulty Products
- If a product becomes damaged or defective due to a reason attributable to the Buyer (misuse, improper care, accident, excessive force, etc.), returns/exchanges will not be accepted for that product.
- If it is determined that the product has a manufacturing defect or a defect attributable to the Company, the product is considered a "defective good," and the Buyer may exercise one of the following rights under Article 11 of the Consumer Protection Law: withdrawing from the agreement, requesting a discount on the sale price, requesting free repair, or requesting replacement of the sold item with a defect-free equivalent. In this case, return/exchange costs are covered by the Company.
- In order to determine the source of the defect, the product may be inspected by the Company after it is received; further action will be taken based on the inspection result.
4. Method of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify us within the specified period through one of the following methods:
- Email: Send a written request to info@laselgroup.com, stating your order number.
- Phone: Call us at +90 532 606 02 30 (it is recommended that the notice also be confirmed in writing).
- Return form: Fill out the return/contact form on the Site.
After your notice, you must send the product to Ahmediye Mah. 1562 Cad. No:1/8 Arifiye, 54580 Sakarya via the contracted cargo company.
5. Return Shipping Fee
- For domestic orders within Turkey, return shipping is free if the right of withdrawal is exercised within the specified period and in accordance with the procedure.
- For international orders, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the Buyer. (The 5,000 TL threshold for international shipping fees applies only to outbound shipping and does not cover return shipping.)
6. Refund of Product Price
Following receipt of the withdrawal notice by the Company and confirmation that the returned product meets the return conditions, the product price will be refunded using the same method the Buyer used for payment (refund to credit card, etc.) within 10 (ten) business days, to be reflected in the Buyer's account. The time it takes for refunds to credit cards to reflect in the account may vary depending on the relevant bank.
7. Order Cancellation
For orders that have not yet been shipped, the order may be cancelled upon request submitted to info@laselgroup.com, stating the order number, and the payment refund will be made within the period specified above. For orders that have already been shipped, the right of withdrawal process applies.
