Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
This Agreement has been executed electronically between the following parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers ("Consumer Protection Law") and the Regulation on Distance Contracts ("Regulation").

Hereinafter the Seller and the Buyer shall be jointly referred to as the "Parties."

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and the Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website www.laselgroup.com, the characteristics, sale price, and payment method of which are specified in the Preliminary Information Form and order summary, which form an integral part of this Agreement.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT, PRICE, AND PAYMENT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price (VAT included), payment method, and delivery information of the product are included in the order summary shown to the Buyer on the Site prior to order confirmation and in the order confirmation sent to the Buyer by email, and constitute an appendix and integral part of this Agreement.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The Buyer acknowledges having read and understood the preliminary information on the Site regarding the essential characteristics of the product, its sale price, payment method, and delivery, and confirms this electronically.
4.2. The product subject to the Agreement shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer via a cargo company, within a period not exceeding the legal 30-day limit.
4.3. If the product subject to the Agreement is to be delivered to a person/entity other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible if that person/entity refuses to accept delivery.
4.4. The Seller is responsible for delivering the product subject to the Agreement in a sound, complete condition, in accordance with the qualities specified in the order.
4.5. If the product is out of stock, the Buyer shall be notified within 3 (three) days at the latest, and the Buyer's right to request a refund is reserved.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/entity at the address indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. During the withdrawal period, the product must not have been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Notice of withdrawal shall be submitted in writing to info@laselgroup.com.

ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products manufactured or personalized according to the Buyer's request/personal needs, and for products whose packaging/seal/hygiene band has been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health/hygiene reasons (e.g., pillow/duvet cover products with an opened hygiene seal).

ARTICLE 7 – DEFAULT PROVISIONS
If the Buyer uses a credit card as the payment method and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank/financial institution, the Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller within 3 days.

ARTICLE 8 – COMPETENT AUTHORITY
For disputes arising from this Agreement, the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes exceeding that value.

ARTICLE 9 – EFFECTIVENESS
By completing payment for the order placed through the Site, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement electronically.
