PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

This Preliminary Information Form ("Form") has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers ("Consumer Protection Law") and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for the purpose of informing consumers prior to sales made through the Site. Reading and approving this Form is mandatory before order confirmation; such approval is a precondition for the establishment of the Distance Sales Agreement.

2. Essential Characteristics of the Product

The type, technical specifications, quantity, color, and sale price of the product are shown in detail on the relevant product page and order summary screen on the Site before an order is placed. Product images may be for illustrative purposes.

3. Sale Price and Payment Method

The sale price of products (all taxes included) and any shipping fee, if applicable, is clearly shown to the User before the order is completed. Payment is made via credit card/debit card and other payment methods offered on the Site, through a secure payment infrastructure protected by a 256-bit SSL security certificate. Shipping is free for purchases of [2,000 TL] and above; for orders below this amount, the shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary.

4. Delivery

Ordered products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the User via a contracted cargo company within a reasonable period following order confirmation (unless otherwise stated, within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, pursuant to Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law). The delivery time and shipment tracking information are communicated via email/SMS after the order is placed. See the Shipping and Delivery Policy for details.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The conditions, exceptions, and process for exercising the right of withdrawal are explained in detail in the Cancellation, Return, and Right of Withdrawal Policy. Notice of withdrawal may be submitted in writing to info@laselgroup.com or through the return form on the Site.

6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for products prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs (custom-made/processed products), or for products whose packaging/seal has been opened and which are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (e.g., pillows with an opened hygiene seal). Such products are separately indicated on the relevant product page.

7. Complaints and Objections

The consumer may submit complaints and objections regarding the order to the Company via info@laselgroup.com or +90 532 606 02 30, or may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in the location of their residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.

8. Formation of the Agreement

A legally binding agreement is established between the parties once the User confirms the order on the Site and accepts this Form together with the Distance Sales Agreement electronically. A copy of this Form is sent to the User by email, as a permanent data storage medium, along with the order confirmation.
