Shipping Policy

1. Markets Served

Shipping is available through www.laselgroup.com to the following countries and regions:

  • Turkey
  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union (27 countries/regions)
  • Saudi Arabia

2. Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

  • Shipping Fee: Shipping is completely free for all domestic orders within Turkey (no minimum amount required).
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are handed over to the courier within 1 (one) business day following payment confirmation.
  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
  • Dispatch Days: Shipping is processed only Monday through Friday. No dispatches are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays; orders received on these days are processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery Time: The actual delivery time after dispatch varies depending on the regional delivery times of the contracted cargo company, but does not exceed the legal maximum delivery period of 30 days.

3. Domestic Return Shipping (Turkey)

  • Return shipping is free for domestic orders within Turkey.
  • Products to be returned should be sent to the following address, which is the same as our shipping address:

4. International Shipping (US, UK, European Union – 27 countries/regions, Saudi Arabia)

  • Delivery Time: For international shipments, delivery time varies between 3 and 10 business days depending on the distance to the destination country/region. The exact time can be viewed in the shipment tracking information shared after the order is placed.
  • Shipping Fee: Shipping is free for international orders of 5,000 TL and above. For international orders below this amount, the shipping fee — which varies by country/region [to be determined] — is shown separately on the order summary screen before payment is confirmed.
  • Customs and Taxes: For international shipments, customs duties, import fees, or similar additional costs may arise depending on the destination country; these amounts are not included in the product/shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. International Return Shipping

  • Return shipping for international orders is paid, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the Buyer.
  • Products to be returned should be sent to the following address, which is the same as our shipping address in Turkey:

  • Any return/import taxes and costs that may arise at customs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

6. Delivery Inspection

We kindly ask that you check whether the package is damaged upon receiving your product from the courier. If the package is damaged, we recommend having a report prepared with the courier and notifying us at info@laselgroup.com.
