1. Parties
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between LASEL GROUP POLİÜRETAN MAKİNE VE KİMYA SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Address: Ahmediye Mah. 1562 Cad. No:1/8 Arifiye, 54580 Sakarya, Türkiye; Tax No: 6081331644; Trade Registry No: 31310; Email: info@laselgroup.com; Phone: +90 532 606 02 30) ("Company"), the owner of the website www.laselgroup.com ("Site"), and the individual/entity visiting or using the Site ("User"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
2. Subject and Scope of the Site
Pillows, medical pillows, travel products, and home textile products are offered for sale on the Site under the LASEL SLEEP brand, and corporate/wholesale sales applications are also accepted. Product images, descriptions, and prices on the Site are for informational purposes; the Company reserves the right to make changes to stock status, prices, and campaigns without prior notice.
3. Membership
A User who creates a membership on the Site accepts that the information provided is accurate, current, and complete. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their membership information and for any transactions carried out through their account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in the event of suspected misuse.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The trademarks, logos, designs, images, text, software, and all content on the Site belong to the Company or the relevant rights holders and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property. Without the Company's prior written permission, the content of the Site may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.
5. User Obligations
The User acknowledges and undertakes to use the Site only for lawful purposes, not to engage in actions that would disrupt or damage the functioning of the Site or gain unauthorized access, and not to infringe upon the rights of third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The Company cannot be held responsible for damages arising from force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, outages caused by infrastructure providers, etc.). Specific provisions regarding the sale of products are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Turkish law applies to any disputes arising from these Terms. For disputes arising from consumer transactions, the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits, and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction for disputes exceeding that limit; for transactions not involving a consumer, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Sakarya have jurisdiction.
9. Changes
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the Site.
